Education is considered as the real wealth. The role of education is crucial in the development of human life. Without this, man’s life is animalistic. Parents put significant effort to improve the lives of their children by giving good education to them. But it is often seen that despite all those efforts, many obstacles are faced in the education of children. A detailed explanation of the obstacles is available here for the benefit of the readers.

Since Vidya (education) has been considered as wealth, therefore, according to astrology it falls in the money house (DhanBhav). In the first chapter of Phaldipika, it has been said that a person’s wealth and knowledge can be predicted by reading their second house (Dwitiya Bhav). If any auspicious planet is located in the second house (Dwitiya Bhav) and if it is related to fellow zodiac planets then it signifies that no hindrance in attaining education is faced. As a result of the view of the auspices of the auspicious planet, education is barrier-free, and the students go one step after another. The lower planet in the eighth house also proves helpful several times in attaining higher education. As a result of this, the student gets the benefit of learning even when staying away from birthplace or abroad. The inauspicious, sinful or courtyard planet located in this house can make the student study in foreign or hostel settings.

Shukra (Venus) helps in good education, but if the Ashtamasth Shukra is present at the second level, then there may be unexpected obstacles or problems in education.

If Rahu is in the sixth, eighth or tenth house in any sun sign, then the student does not feel like studying.

Status of Saturn in fourth or eighth positions prevents the attainment of education. This obstacle is also possible due to money. Rightful use of gained knowledge is not possible in this position of Saturn (Shani). Similarly, other planets can also be obstacles to learning.

Some of the major remedies for obstacles are mentioned below and by adopting these measures, students can get rid of obstacles in the path of education and can achieve desired success.
